CEO and Board Member
With more than 35 years of experience, Bryan Day manages and operates Landmark’s seven long-term acute care and rehabilitation hospitals in Missouri, Georgia, and Florida. Taking the reins in early 2019, Bryan quickly recruited and developed an experienced management team to guide the healthcare system with streamlined operations and new development opportunities for the future. The key factors of his success are hiring the right individuals who put the patient care experience first, excelling at developing effective strategies for delivering quality care, recruiting top physicians, and ensuring each facility runs efficiently. His expertise spans leadership roles across the healthcare continuum, including tertiary-level non-profit healthcare systems LTAC and rehabilitation hospitals and ownership in LTAC, home health, and concierge medicine organizations. His success stems from his skills in developing leaders and promoting team building, fiscal responsibility, physician recruitment, and community involvement.
Throughout his career, Bryan has successfully led both nonprofit and for-profit healthcare organizations across the continuum of care. His hands-on approach, focused on recruiting, developing, and employing quality practitioners to provide exceptional care, has served him well for decades. “Our key objective is to put the patient experience at the heart of what we do. Bryan is a longstanding member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and has been active as a member and board representative in numerous National, regional, and local community organizations. Bryan earned a master’s degree in Health Systems Management from Tulane University in New Orleans and his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. He currently resides in Baton Rouge with his family.
Craig Boudreaux, Jr.
COO and Chief Development Officer
Craig Boudreaux, Jr., brings decades of executive experience in business development and operations to Landmark Hospitals, a network of long-term acute care and rehabilitation hospitals in Missouri, Georgia, and Florida. He excels in market expansion, delivering quality care that leads to exceptional patient satisfaction, service-line expansion, new market startups, and joint ventures.
Craig’s alertness to changing healthcare trends and deployment of emerging technologies drives his success in growing market share. His extensive national experience with for-profit publicly traded companies and unique understanding of commercial, managed care, Medicare, and Medicaid funding have established him as an industry leader.
Craig’s accomplishments at Landmark include instituting a telepresence robot system that provides relief for underserved medical specialties and night-call coverage for all Landmark Hospital locations. He also managed the Certificates of Need in Savannah, Ga., and SW Florida, Fla., for new state-of-the-art hospitals.
Craig has served on the leadership teams of multiple hospitals nationwide, including CEO positions at Promise Hospital of Baton Rouge, LA.; Regency Hospital in Covington, GA; and the New Orleans Region of Life Care Hospitals based in Plano, Tex. He has also been Vice President of Operations and Business Development for the Freestanding Hospitals Division/U.S. Rehab Care Group of St. Louis, Mo.
Craig earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Nicholls State University and an MBA Certificate from the Professional Competency Certification Program at Tulane University.
He lives in Baton Rouge with his wife and two daughters.
Tracy LaRose
Chief Financial Officer, CPA
Tracy LaRose, CFO, directs a dedicated staff of accounting and finance professionals. Tracy is a magna cum laude graduate from Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She received her CPA in 1995. She started her accounting career with McDonnell Douglas Aerospace in St. Louis. She then returned to her hometown and joined a local CPA firm. Tracy began her career at Landmark Hospitals in 2004, serving as Controller until 2015. During that time, Landmark grew from one facility to seven. She rejoined the Landmark team in 2020 as Director of Revenue Cycle Management, transitioned to Controller in 2022, and ultimately became CFO in 2023. Tracy believes we all can contribute to our community's health, whether through direct patient care or being behind the scenes. She values being counted as a member of the Landmark family. She is a Missouri native who lives in Cape Girardeau, MO. She has three wonderful children.
Maxwell Pensy
Chief Information Officer
Maxwell Pensy brings Landmark Hospitals over 15 years of experience in Information Technologies, specializing in the Healthcare industry. He is solutions-oriented and passionate about modernizing and streamlining business processes. His objective as CIO is to continue supporting the employees and patients of Hospitals with technology that continuously improves patient safety, data security, and systems availability. Maxwell is a network and systems engineer, virtual CIO, and IT Strategist.
Sharon Noe
SVP Business Development and Admissions
As the Senior Vice President for Business Development and Admissions, Sharon drives the business development and admissions teams to meet operational goals with her passion, competitiveness, and analytical curiosity. She develops strategies within current and new markets that lead to organizational growth. Sharon partners and collaborates with our referring facilities and payor sources to build sustained and long-term success. She applies her 30+ years of operations and development experience to bring creative campaigns and new markets to life.
Sharon obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Hartford. She is recognized across the industry for her deep skills in healthcare business development. Sharon has performed various leadership roles as CEO, COO, and Chief Development Officer across several national organizations supporting LTACH, Workers’ Compensation, and Rehabilitation facilities. Sharon recently returned to Kansas City, where she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and extended family.
Lauree Little
Vice President Clinical Services
Lauree Little has been an RN since 1991 with 25 years of healthcare leadership experience. Before her RN license, she worked as an Emergency EMT for four years. Lauree has 13 years of experience as a CNO and has worked in the Post-Acute IRF/LTCH environment for over 12 years. Lauree has experience as a corporate VP of quality and risk, chief compliance officer, COO, and interim CEO in post- Acute, general acute, physician specialty hospitals, and the home health industry. Lauree has worked in both the for-profit and non-profit environments. She is certified in Compliance, Risk, Privacy, and Hospital Accreditation with her Bachelor’s & Master’s degree in Health Care Administration.
Michele Shaffer
Vice President, Human Resources
Michele Shaffer has over 30 years of experience covering various HR and management consulting roles. She leads Landmark’s HR team in the strategic planning and execution of HR functions. Our HR mission is focused on supporting Landmark’s long-term critical care facilities via organizational and workforce planning, recruiting, employee relations, policy administration, benefits, and compensation analysis.
Before joining Landmark Hospitals, Michele worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System, at IBM Consulting Services as the North American Resource & Capacity Management Strategy leader for IBM Global Services, and as a business consultant manager with Accenture.
Michele is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Louisiana State University and an MBA from LSU-Shreveport. She is an active participant in several volunteer organizations, currently serving on the Board of the Baton Rouge Symphony League, and has past board tenures at Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) and the Junior League of Baton Rouge. She lives in Baton Rouge with her family.
Eric Yap
RN, DBA, MS, MHA, CRRN, FACHE
Vice President of Operations and Rehabilitation for Landmark Hospitals
Eric began his career in post-acute management in 2000 through various local and regional leadership roles managing multiple sites of inpatient rehabilitation facilities, acute therapies, transitional care, outpatient rehabilitation clinics, and long-term acute care hospitals. He has also worked internationally throughout the Middle East and Southeast Asia, developing and implementing inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation and long-term acute care facilities.
Prior to 2000, Eric held multiple clinical and operational leadership roles in acute care hospitals, overseeing various hospital departments. Clinically, he has experience in neurology, oncology, behavioral health, and rehabilitation nursing. As a former hospital CEO, he brings operational expertise to navigate the ever-changing healthcare landscape. As Corporate Vice President of Operations and Rehabilitation for Landmark Hospitals, he strives to balance strategic decisions with financial responsibility and patient-centered leadership to scale growth and achieve high-quality standards rapidly.
He received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Nursing from Ohio State University. He is trained as an Adult Health Primary Care nurse practitioner and certified in Rehabilitation Nursing. He holds a Master's in Health Administration, is board-certified in Health Administration, and is a Fellow of the American College of Health Care Executives. In addition, he has earned his Doctorate in Business Administration from California Coast University.
Charlotte Stagner
Vice President of Business Development and Admissions
As director of admissions and business development for Landmark Hospitals, Charlotte leads organizational growth efforts by creating solid referral partnerships, internal employee training, and other development efforts. With a background in direct clinical work, Charlotte focuses on upholding excellence in care while moving Landmark Hospitals forward to serve even more patients successfully.
In addition, Charlotte is the owner and senior strategist for Synergy Referrals & Consulting, bringing decades of referral management expertise to hospitals and healthcare organizations across the U.S., private practices, skilled nursing facilities, and senior living communities. From new market penetration and team development to internal performance optimization, Charlotte helps organizations at every stage take the next steps toward a successful future.
